Welcome to Simtropolis. By posting on our site you'll prolly realize we would recommend a city building game such as SimCity 4 or Cities: Skylines. I will confess your post seems somewhat out of character for our site as those two games are our main focus. Your question is so open ended there really isn't a good way for us to reply. I'll ask openly, are you planning to come back later and edit in some spam to your post?

Welcome Hieu

To perhaps give you one comparison to just why you could need to specify what you´re looking for and like to play, for your own sake now to get any good recommendations. It´s like you would ask the community here; "What sport should i start with?" since it´s a matter of preferences and also what PC you have so anyone knows just what recommendations that would suit you and your rig, (Edit: that is your PC rig = PC).
