No things I would to see made because I'm not really a good Designer but can use the Editor.

Mods if not already made Commercial Assets/Prop section and it would have Gas Stations in one area next would be Food then Lodging and then other types be in last one because at the moment you have Propable Gas Station/Food/Lodging under Trees/Uniqiue Buildings and yes I have Find it and that's good. Yes certain Uniqiue Buldings like Statue of Liberty need to just be placed once but like Publix,Albertsons one then once okay to if you have then unique Buildings mode that allows you to place those Buildings more then once. 

Street Sign Mode so you prop one any where on a Street/Road/Stoplight and give it a name.
