"Bonjour à vous" and welcome to Saint-Martin en Leu, a French-inspired city . In this first post, I'll  focus on Verneuil, a small village in the north of Saint-Martin-en-Leu (and sorry for my bad English, I'm French and my English lessons are far behind now)

Verneuil is a typical agricultural French village.

Verneuil has its own small cemetery.

This is "le Nouveau Verneuil" (New Verneuil), a more modern and developing part of the village.

The only unusual thing for a small village of this kind is its active train station. In fact, the region decided to rehabilitate the station and created a Regional Train line <TER> between Verneuil and Saint-Martin-en-Leu.

It is very nice.  I have to say that "likes," while it is always good to see them, don't take the place of a comment, however brief.  Ten years ago a CJ showing this kind of quality would have had ten or fifteen comments in a couple of days.  Today- pretty much crickets.  Please take a few minutes to encourage the author of a CJ you like, especially if it is just getting started, with a comment.

NeguchiMaroyama, I don't mean to rant all over your comment section.  I really liked your screenies and think you are capturing the ambiance of the countryside in rural France perfectly.  Like out friend Robban I will follow your CJ and am very much looking forward to your next post.
