Never ending array out of bounds

I don't know what to do. All of a sudden tonight, after rebuilding a part of my city core i suddenly started getting out of bounds exceptions that don't stop. Everything was running fine for a while, but then in the middle of the night they started. I tried with an older save, but the same thing happens at the middle of the night in game.

Clearing all traffic helps for a short while, but then it starts again.

In the log there are exceptions from MOM and from the TrainAI. I removed all driving metros and that also helped for a short while but it soon comes back again.

I don't know what to do here

Have you install any mods before the problem occurred?

The problem seems to have been caused by a station, although there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the station itself. Since most messages were with TrainAI I started to remove train components and stations and removing one specific station solved the issue. Building the same station in the same place again works though. It seems like something in the traffic AI broke and not a mod or asset specifically. The game is heavily modded so there is no good way of knowing if a mod is root cause.
