First of all, it's fantastic that you have been working on these again and to upload pictures, you cick on the little picture icon right at the end of the rich text toolbar (you have to use IE). Then if you want to upload it to SimTrop, make sure it's a JPEG file. Browse for the file on your computer then click upload and when it's done uploading, click ok. OR you can upload it to an external website for hosting (such as ImageShack ,  PhotoBucket and ImgCity ) then above the upload button, paste the link to the photo in the box and press ok.

Also, I don't think you should have started a new thread. Get this one closed and then revive your other one. Moderators for this forum and admin will help you with that.
