"Unable to load at this city at this time, Please try again" error

After installing the SimCity complete edition it loads till the page of Scenario Demo, when I click on "Get started" this message pops up "Unable to load at this city at this time, Please try again" error. tied multiple time to restart but it doesn't. pl help me by suggestions.

In the first instance, uninstall the entire game, reboot your PC and then try installing it again.

I'm no expert on the 2013 edition, but information gleaned from Google is rather sketchy and doesn't really help to point us in a particular direction. Therefore it's best to start with the basics of making sure you've a working install.

BTW, you do have Origin loaded and running, right? And a working internet connection? Perhaps stupid questions, but both are pre-requisites for initialising the game.

Thanks for your response. Yes, I have the origin loaded and internet connection. BTW it shows as single player mode. I will try your suggestion and revert. thanks once again.

Hi, I tried your suggestion couple of times no luck, I still get the same error. No help coming from EA guys and their Contact help  does works half way through, it is frustrating.
