Region Problem

    When Im starting a new region Im puting it to be on plains but when I start a new city the plain is becoming a water.32.gif

    Edit the desired region.ini file so it looks like this:

    [Regional Settings]
    Name = Athens Metropolitan County
    Terrain type = 0
    Water Min = 60
    Water Max = 100

    The second thing is, you might need one of those mods if you are using a map downloaded from the STEX.  Some author's of the maps neglect to mention that.
