Question about regions

Im looking to make or download a region that is nothing but small city maps. i havent had luck finding 1 on my own. anyone ever seen 1?

In Cityscape you can download tile regions, in which one of them is all small cities.

You may need to be Product Registered.

In other words, a config.bmp file coloured red all over should do the trick.

also if you use paint and color a document of your size choice (1 pixel=1small city), and save it to your regions folder in your simcity4 folder in mydocuments, you can have as large of a region of small cities as you want

To clarify what has already been said.  Open the config.bmp in an image editor [MS Paint will do] of any map, and color it all red.  If you have an editor with color level adjustment, set red = 255, blue = 0.0, green = 0.0.
