How do i use the exchange???

I can download the files but where do i direct it to???

It downloads as a winzip file!

What do i do?

Do i need STEX CD?

 

I use SIMCITY4 exchange and it's automatic but do i need any pug-ins or anything???

Well,After downloading the files, let's say it's a bat file (some building) in a win.zip file, you should extract it into your  My documents\simcity 4\ Plugins   folder or D\program files\ Sim city 4\ Plugins folder. i hope u know what I mean...

There is a tutorial here somewhere that tells you step by step how to download and extract the files and where to place them.  Take a little time and read through the tutorials and the forums.  Doing so will answer most of your questions about SC4 and add to your enjoyment of the game.
