Tourist suddenly drops

I had a gambling City at year 5 with 190k population and with 28k tourist coming with $ 20k+ , $$ 7k+,  $$$ a few hundred it was really working well and I was earning 80k/hr... after an (hour/real time) my tourist suddenly dropped to 2k overall... my monthly gambling report from millions to negative 400k....    i have manage to save millions but i am losing money

Something like this happened to me also, at one point I thought I fixed it and had my best day, but now suddenly it's dropping again

Yeah, that tends to happen from time to time even in some of my well established gambling and cultured cities.   Often, I just begin closing things in an effort to minimize the bleeding of $$$$$...  For me, I speculated that the issue was due to traffic so I began focusing my efforts on getting tourist on various modes of transportation in/out of the tourist areas closer to map exit point(s) too.
