Lots wont show... help....

I downloaded some customized Casino lot files and locked them in the Plugin folder.  Somehow it would only show the frame of the casion with no actual buildings after I placed them in my city.  I only download those lots that indicated for SC4 without additional file to be installed. 

Do I have to patch my SC4 with other 3rd party software in order to get the lot displayed correctly??  I only have it updated from SC4 offical website and nothing else were installed.

 

Can someone please help me on this??

I dont really know, but probably a problem with the plugins, or a glitch with the game. Does it do that every time ??

I don't have a Rush Hour installed. So I only download those lot files which are compatible with SC4. 

Those lots only show parking garage with partial empty space which supposed to be a building. 

It's always showing incorrectly everytime I play the game. 

Is there any plugins that would fix this problem??

I believe that you need the Buildings as Props files from the Lot Editor page of the Simcity4 website.

Also, if you have USD15 just lying around, you should get Rush Hour. It is more than worth it.

My friend had the same problem, no idea what it was, but when he bought Rush Hour ithe broblem disappeared, so I guess you'll have to buy rush hour, Maxis said somwhere that no custom stuff would work unless Rush Hour was installed, but on the official site there is many things where you souldn't need rushour, but I think you need it anyway.
