I don't have a Rush Hour installed. So I only download those lot files which are compatible with SC4. Those lots only show parking garage with partial empty space which supposed to be a building. It's always showing incorrectly everytime I play the game. Is there any plugins that would fix this problem?? Thanks!

I downloaded some customized Casino lot files and locked them in the Plugin folder. Somehow it would only show the frame of the casion with no actual buildings after I placed them in my city. I only download those lots that indicated for SC4 without additional file to be installed. Do I have to patch my SC4 with other 3rd party software in order to get the lot displayed correctly?? I only have it updated from SC4 offical website and nothing else were installed. Can someone please help me on this?? Thanks!!
