    I think that this idea is pretty cool.  After playing Grace Hill for a while this morning, I came up with an idea for my new terrain map.  Why not make an industrial region.  One that is dependant on industry more than commerce.  Any Industry mods other than quadrupler would be helpful and here is what I have so far-

    <img align=baseline>The small, duplex in the bottom right is the school that I made for this town.  Yes that Dennis Dept. store did grow there!
    Here is the 'suburb' across the river.  I think the red row-homes look more like R$ more than R$$, so that is what I made them.  They are R$.

    this should be a facinating experiment.  going with an industry heavy region instead of the traditional commercial approach.  I'll try to follow your development.
