I challenge you (on sc 2013) to do an all around-city on North America on a reigion called Megatropolis (there will be two anywone will be fine).

Rules:

-No sandbox mode.

-COT is allowed but they have more to do and they will be juged less severly than without COT.

-All categories must be in the city.

Juging:

-most profit made 20 pts

-most electrecity made 7 pts

-most space in sewage 10 pts

-most water pumped 7 pts

-most police/ambulances/fire   cars/trucks available 15 pts each

-most profit by casino 10 pts

-most profit by mining/pumping 10 pts each

-most money made by selling 10pts

Bonus for COT users:

-most profit by megatowers 5 pts

-most reaserch made 5 pts for max if multiple people maxed 5 pts each

-most profit by omega-co 20pts.
