can't play Cities Skylines offline

Hi all

 

I am now to Cities skylines, and I am playing on Steam Mac. The game works fine when I am online, but it will not launch when I am offline. What is the problem? How can I fix it?

I think you shall start the game with --disablemods --noworkshop

But I am not sure and dont have experience about that.

Set Launch Options

1. Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
2. Under the General tab click the Set launch options... button.
3. Enter the launch options you wish to apply (be sure to separate each code with a space) and click OK.
4. Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.
