Are there any mods to move the toolbars/menus?

I have a triple screen setup and it is all working fine with the game.  But it would be nice if the Toolbar at the bottom was just on the center monitor.  And if other popups and menus could be located to the center monitor as well.  

I did a search for a mod to do this, but came up empty.  Is there anything like this around?

    Hmm... ok, well I guess not.

    So, I decided to make one using Sapphire's UI Framework mod.  I'll put it in the workshop if I can get it working.
