Latest NAM download location,,

i've scrolled through and read many posts on the newest NAM mod to find the location of the download link for it and came accross one post that had a link to it but it's either down, or moved to another location. I hate to post another where can i get the newest NAM mod post because up until this point i have always just took the time and read and figured stuff out on my own before posting dumb questions. But can anyone tell me if the download site for this is down temoporarily or if there is another one that is up and working, and kindly point me to that location?

You can always find the latest NAM under Modding files at the bottom of the navigation window on the left and then under The Essentials

Is there a way to get the NAM while STEX is down?  I have played the game for long time without it, but would like to download it.

I wouldn't know maybe they give some tips on their own site about a new release.

(If you meant this site's NAM which is the same as at stnam.com I wouldn't know either)
