Edit: As for potential sites, here is a location I think would be ideal, but feel free to pick somewhre else: 

^^ The big green area behind the two stadiums, is an ideal site for an Olympic staidum situated inside an Olympic park.

Just my opinion though.

this is the first time ive seen this city i think. its really cool. the small downtown on the edge of a large low rise city makes me think of paris
