Please someone make Timelapse mod

That would be really great if I would be able to have a mod which would let me set fixed camera position and angle and DoF and FoV and from that  particular spot game would be taking pictures based on set frequency while I would be playing and building my city.

So I could be able to make timelapse videos from those pictures in external software very easily.

What do you think guys?
