I saw it this afternoon. I've always been a bit surprised at just how much people are attached to SC4. I played SC4, but never really loved it because of a lack of flexibility and convenience. Yet, mods eventually added great things to SC4 and made it a joy to play, the isometric camera still is a step back.

 

Cities Skylines represents a mature and sophisticated type of city building game in the new era. The more I play the game, and the more I see new mods every day, the more I love this game. I have uninstalled Simcity 2013. And I do not currently have plans to play Cities XXL.

I totally agree with you. I'm very happy about C:S. it was time to move on from the Sim era. However I just felt for those who were missing the sim city cam style, this mod was pretty good

can't wait for what C:S will bring in the future
