Modding Public Transportation Usage Percentage?

Hi there,

 

According to http://www.parsimonious.org/simcity5/roads-transit.html this article, public transportation usage varies between residents by their wealth status. Lets say i want to increase high and medium wealth citizen usage percantage. Is it possible to do this with SimcityPak? I tried digging "SimCity_Game.package" a little but no luck :(

In the SimCity scripts files, it may be possible. I don't recall if you can alter something to do with that or not. Sorry.

Just an uninteresting person that plays video games for your falsified amusement.
