"SimCity 4.exe" won't update to 1.1.640.0

Hi, I remade an account to this community because I forgot all of my login information and couldn't retrieve it back.

I've been searching the web about the nightlight fix patch, downloaded EP1 from many topics from users that have

posted in the past, EP1 installs successfully but, when I install SC4Update4Bat-It installs successfully but doesn't

change the version to 1.1.640.0.. So I re-install SC4Update4Bat and it now says the known message "Old file missing".

No changes are made to the version. This is annoying...

 

I have SC4 deluxe edition, US version. Any suggestions, solutions?

There is no support for a pirated version. You can buy it cheaply (between 5 and 10$) from Steam, Origin or some other retailer.

As you've declared (in other areas of the site) that you're using a pirated version, the patches won't work as the exe has been modified.

 

Like meister said, we won't discuss any issues resulting from using a pirated version. To be eligible for technical support, please purchase the game from a legitimate source.
