SimCity 4 Startup Manager help.

So, how exactly do I go about making sure certain plugins only load with certain regions?

 

For instance, I have SHK's Tropical Fire and Police Stations for my island region but how would I go about making sure that they only load with that region? Or say, if I download another police car mod to use for that region. How would I make sure that the mod only loads with that region? Do I make a new plugin folder for the above mods and other or do I do something else?

 

In addition, when I try to create a new profile, I can't seem to select another folder outside of the main My Documents folder. Can't select any of the sub folders. Any way around that?

 

I'm a complete newbie at Startup Manager so any help would be appreciated!

The best way is to create a separate plugin folder for each region and save it in a folder outside of the SimCity 4 folder.  You will have to swap out the plugin folder depending on which region you are playing.
