Our group has decided to head a different direction and has stopped accepting new Mayors.

5. Experience: I have been an avid player since I started playing over Christmas. I've solo'd several great works (prefer the arcology mainly) and my arguably best city was making about +200,000 per hour.

I think the good thing about letting only a few people in our region, and limiting them to 2 cities each, is that theres still enough space and space will still be available in the future. I have not yet decided on whether I favour tourism or industr, but do have a hang to thinking a lot about my Sims' wellbeing in  terms of pollution, traffic, etc. I really enjoy playing with other players, especially if it is possible to communicate and therefore better coordinate one's work in a region.

Hi HuuiiBuuh, don't worry, your'e age is definitley not a factor. As long as we see the qualities you have and they match towards our goals, which are to have a region where no one abandons their cities or are inactive. The type of city you prefer to build on our region is completely up to you. We look for communicative and active players, and thats all we really ask for, this of course leads to some rules that we all follow for protective measures, such as no mods installed while playing in our region, or notifying us of what DLC you have installed.

I started playing SimCity 2013 when it was first launched but stopped due to the birth of my daughter. Installed it again recently and looking for an active region with Mayors of the three qualities stated. I'm sure many of us have started regions before with other players only for them to disappear which is always a kick in the teeth. I am always a mayor that is looking to share resources and have cities that bounce of each other.

Availability: I work 9.5 hours a day, sleep 6 hours a day, and after my work commute, errands I only have about 8 hours left for free time, so I would probably only get on 3-4 days a week, maybe more. On some occasions, I go to sleep early and wake up early (like right now) so I might be on then for about 30 minutes.

5. Real-world obligations: Since I am an Architect, my free time can be shortened sometimes, although I can't predict when and when a project does come along my free time will be shortened for multiple work days in a row.

 

6. Experience: I brought SC13 about a month after it came out, so I had it for a while. Most of the time I prefer to build cities with realistic "density gradients" so usually my cities don't pass 35k in pop, although I can build large cities as well.

We discuss about a mayor-select separately without the mayor-select in a group chat. We use a voting system (decing.com). We do anonymous voting so our mayors won't be bribed by other mayor's comments about the mayor select. We might remove this whole voting for mayors. We're only looking to get to know you a little more. The you know about a person the more you know you can or cannot expect them to be active in the region.

Our group has only started a week ago. So I do apologize if we've taken too long to attend to you. We're still working out a few things. I'll talk you all who've accepted my contact request on skype tomorrow at GMT -7 5pm.
