Region Census no longer works.

So I'm back on SC4 trying to create a new region that I do want to do a journal on and to take an overall picture of a region, I generally use Sawtooth's Region Census. However, my computer detected a suspicious item when I opened it up after having it for years and it won't let me redownload it. With that being said, is there another program to use or do I have to try and find a way to let it work again on my computer?

I've been using that program for many years.  If your AV system quarantined it, you should be looking for the cause.
