Too small University

I have a problem!
My university is too small. Is there any mod for bigger university?
And, you can only build one university..

Never had that happen, but you can add outlying buildings to the campus to provide other faculties.  The city college is not a bad looking building and there are some others on the STEX.  In fact, I think you can gather up a complete campus of separate buildings from the STEX and make a university campus any way you like.

I agree; placing some city colleges should help to manage the number of students.

I guess, but dilapidation of that magnitude seems like there would be other perhaps even greater factors as well...
