Lighting quality...

Hey guys,

Can you change files in SimCity so that the low lighting quality has just the water shaders and not the other crap that is slowing everything down? Or change the minimum lighting qualit to include these shaders?

I hope someone can help me :)

I think that would take some inaccessible scripting changes which none of us have access to. Some of the code is in C++, and settings for this type might be contained in that realm which SCP, the program we use to modify the game, cannot modify or access properly.
