Akar mod issue with plot outside normal boundary

Dear all,

 

Sorry if this problem was already discussed before, but I could not found any topic/answer.

Since a few days I'm back in Simcity 2013 and now I want to use the Akar mod.

I have downloaded all the requested files and follow each procedure, after saving the game, close simcity and start it again the boundary become into 3K.

However when I want to place the RCI buildings at the special RCI roads I cannot place anything, no dots/plots will light up, only the regular ones within the 2K map.

 

Do I something wrong or do I have to download an additional mod?

You can only plop buildings outside the 2K map in the directions of north and east. South and west do not work. You can hold down the right button on your mouse and a compass will appear, which will allow you to see which way is north and which way is east. Hope this helps!
