Police district and schools

Hello everyone.

I would like to know if anyone is having the same problem as me.

My police district stops working after a few hours. Police cars just stop patrolling and if you look at the parking lot the cars are not there but neither in the streets. Also the helicopter stops flying.

With the schools the buses won't leave the parking to get students. So I get 50 students per day (only the nearby houses).

Both of this buildings have employers and is not the first town this occurs.
