i got this all over the city..cant bulldoze it.. dont know what is this..can someone help me plz....

Those are heaps of garbage, which is a sign your city's waste disposal systems have reached capacity. In other words, the dump can't hold anymore trash, so people have resorted to fly-tipping!

The "Garbage" data view and graph should reveal the extent of the problem. Basically, to make the heaps disappear, there are a few options which can be combined:

• Build some extra facilities to increase the capacity. For example, extra landfill, Recycling Centres or Waste to Energy plants.
• Start a neighbour deal to export some of the trash to another city.
• Increase sanitation funding.
• Locate the main garbage producers and bulldoze them (reduce output).
• Use or a similar mod to provide unlimited capacity.

 

It may take a while for them to be "cleaned up", so speeding up the simulation will help.
