The City Centre Challenge

Objective

Design a City Centre in SimCity (2013). Take some screenshots and upload them!

A city centre is the commercial, cultural and often the historical, political and geographic heart of a city.

Rewards

• The Aesthetic City Designer badge in your SimNation profile. Bronze, Silver and Gold for third, second, and first place respectively.
• Get featured on the SimNation Podcast1.
• Become part of the SimNation Challenges Album. Yet to come.

Rules

• You must use SimCity (2013).
• Custom content, Mods and Expansion Packs are allowed.
• The creation must be one of your own.
• Game filters are allowed.
• Photo editing is not allowed. Make sure to submit pictures straight from your Screenshots folder, without changing any aspect of the file including Filename or compression.
• No rude or offensive images.

Judging

After the challenge is over, we will look through all the photos. We will pick our favorites, make sure to discard any one that does not comply to the rules (specially those photo-edited - we have an eye for that), and select the top three.

Participation

All you need to do is reply this thread with:

• Up to three screenshots of the same City Centre you have created. One submission per contestant.
• Your Origin ID.
• A small description about how or why you made it. Maybe you were inspired by Paris or London. Tell your story!

Get creative and join the fun! We will announce when time for submissions are over.
