RCI management- not a problem, but a solution

I've heard so much about how RCI management in Simcity 5 is "broken" with a "vicious cycle" in place. And, it is somewhat poorly made, but I beg to differ with the fact that it's a horrible problem. I prefer to think of it as a solution. While listening to the weekly update vids on Citybound, I heard, or rather saw, something interesting. Anslem's demand engine was smart with the imperfect knowledge in order to prevent some bottlenecks involving residents moving in, yet this is immaterial due to the fact that Simcity's engine involving why and how residents move in is nearly nonexistent, and even their demand engine isn't close to the complexity of Citybound's. But, Citybound's engine also does this: Citizens move in= food shop demand & product shop demand, or Residential= commercial demand. Commercial buildings need workers, but they just got those. So they need food and products, so a demand is created. Now that you have your farms and factories to fill the former demand, a worker demand is created. This is to avoid growth bottlenecks." This is also present in real life.

Simcity does the same thing, but thanks to it's bad reputation, it gets dissed. When the residents move in, they want places to work and to have fun (shops/parks). If you build commercial in order to give residents work and fun, the commercial buildings require freight. To do this, you need industry. Now there is a requirement for residential, and so on and so forth. This is done in order to make the game more enjoyable. While this isn't smart for Maxis, considering the map sizes, it isn't a problem in itself, but it is poorly coded.

How does one surpass this demand? Simple. Trade ports, parks, and industry. Use trade ports as well as cargo terminals in the airport, or the International Airport to give the freight away, parks to provide happiness for your Sims, and industry as work. Remember to zone industry AFTER the government jobs are filled, and only zone as much as you need to. Remember to add more parks and industry as you expand, and less industry as you get more government jobs.

On the contrary, you can use commercial instead of industry. Use airports to fly cargo in, and send it to your commercial buildings! You will save the money that you would've spent on parks to do city specs. If I am wrong about cargo flying in, can someone politely mention it please?

I may add more later, but I am tired now. Good day.
