Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones

I know it's all about the 360 now, but I'm not done with the current generation of consoles...

Anyway, now that game launches for the xbox will substantially drop each and every month, we don't have so many games to look forward to... one of the few I really want to get is Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, which wraps up what has been so far a great trilogy. Anyone else who has played the previous entries in the series and is planning to buy this one?

Do you mean Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones?

A couple of weeks ago I saw an online ad for PoP:TTT, and it looked pretty cool, but I didn't click the ad due to being busy working on other things at the time.

I forgot about TTT for a bit up until earlier yesterday when I ran into the ad again, but this time it said it went gold and the release date was Dec. 1st. I immediately clicked the link and read about it and it looks to be a great game. In this one you get to play as the prince and his dark side form which should be cool. I have great interest in the PoP series, and I almost bought PoP:Warrior Within, but I never got around to it. TTT will be among my medium priority games to purchase, and will probably have to wait until I acquire my high priority games.

Oops, my bad. Of course I meant The Two Thrones... Sands of Time is the first game in the trilogy, after all.

I'm sorry for the double post, but note that there is more than a month between them. I just wanted to say that I finally got the game last week... and I'm loving it. The new moves both for fighting and for solving environmental puzzles are great, and the level design is just breathtaking. It's not the best looking game on the xbox technically speaking, but the scenic beauty of the city of Babylon is incredible... and the stages also maintain the huge scale that is now a trademark for the series.

    I recommend it.

Ok, I know this is an old thread, but I didn't want to post a double thread...

I have the PoP WW title, on PC and I must say that I'm Loving it!

One problem that I do have with it is the bugs...I had a peek at the prince of persia forums, and IGN even released a list of bugs for WW and it something like 7-8!!! Anyway play has been good, got two life upgrades (you need this to fight the golem) and now I'm stuck in the clock work tower (th west one) with the slow time bug...which is REALY annoying, and Ubisoft hasn't even released a patch! *Sigh*Looks like I'll have to start over again. Also, I think they should have fixed those camera angles...I know they might have been part of the way to make it more difficult, but when you need to rewind twice, and are left with 1 sand tank, having to chase the dahaka, it does get very annoying.

Oh, and this is the first PoP game I'm playing, I did play PoP SoT on PS2, but I didn't go very far...maybe that's because I suck at gaming with consoles, LOL.22.gif

That was my ramble, so carry on...
