I wonder if someone can direct me to a download link for a Lot Editor Tool for creating static plopable lots? I have some great ideas for parks etc but can't find the tool download link. I am a newbie to this.

The SC4 official website is long gone of course, but you can find all of Maxis' SC4 programs and patches here on SC4D, including the Lot Editor.

A simple Google search for "simcity 4 lot editor download" would also have worked - found and confirmed several hits in under 30 seconds.
