Help with Project Orion 3k

I installed Project Orion 3k Extended Boundary, I installed all the other mods that are said to be need -  located on the page. The Extended boundary seems to be working fine, I can see that it is bigger, however I can't seem to build any roads or put anything else past the original boundary. When I drag a road to place, it just stops at the old boundary line and won't go any further. 

 

Does anyone know if maybe I am missing a certain mod to fix this?

Do you have regional streets installed? If you do not, here is the link in which you can download them (when you go to the specific download page, you'll see that it's an option to download regional streets; however, you will have to download the rest of the mod for the regional streets to work):

 

If you have Akar downloaded, make sure you have the latest version and ensure that you don't have conflicting mods (listed on the page) downloaded hope I helped!
