Help Ltext description separation between stats

Greetings, I am modifying and creating new .lot with Reader. 
My problem is how to create a line break in LTEXT, I tested leprop, sc4 tools and still do not get it. 

I would like to stay in the description eg 

Monthly Cost: X 
Capacity: X 
Coverage: X 


and my result is: 


Monthly Cost: X 

Capacity: X 

Coverage: X 


I searched all over the internet and this forum without a clear explanation, I tried unsuccessfully to insert unicode elements. 

Copying some LTEXT of any person, I managed to make it visually on a website, but changing any letter or number again separated. 

We appreciate any help as I try to create a great mod for sc4.

There is a unicode character for a single line break. I used to have it in a text document so I could copy/paste it into the LTEXT whenever and wherever I needed it. However, ever since I moved from Windows XP 32-bit to Windows 7 64-bit, that doesn't seem to work any longer. However, I'll check again and see what I can come up with.

Ratta when I download LeProp program individuel I didnt get it working either.
But when I downloaded the Ilivesreader it will download and install the LeProp on your pc with the reader itself.

This is the map where you can find the readers and the LeProp.

Don't ask me why it works now and couldnt open the individuel LeProp program on my windows 8.

You could gived it a try.
