Importing Cities

Hello there.  I am building a premade suburb for multiple use in a large city.  The idea is build everything out, make copies of the city for import.  When ready to use, simply turn the power on and allow buildings to grow.  The problem I am having is when importing the city, the game merely moves it.  What I want to do is use the same prebuilt suburb more than once.  How would I go about this as the game seems to not allow use of same city more than once, even between regions.  The idea is put about 6 copies of this suburb on my map.  Each is designed to hold 150,000 - 350,000 sims, depending on demand / socioeconomic.  Please view the screen shot in link.  The city in the most lower right corner is the one being made for multiple use.  Notice how the connections are perfectly centered to allow for ease of network hookups to other cities.

Thanks for the tips bros!!  My premade burb is coming along nicely :-)  This will make populating the city much easier.  Suburbia usually looks mostly the same anyways and each map could easily be retweaked while buildings grow.
