Sidewalk dependent to lot density?

Does anyone know the way to change the sidewalk effect created by a lot's density. For example, some landmarks when plopped have the 'rural' low density look of mixed grass/sidewalk along the street sides which looks plum silly in a medium to high density downtown area.
I looked at some lots in the ilive reader and the only property that seems to point in this direction would be LotConfigPropertyZoneTypes. This would let you choose up to 3 different zone types .... but i have no idea what those would be.
I've searched through the forums and found only Swamper's mod that changes all sidewalks to a uni-density. That would work but i still would prefer my rural areas to be sidewalk-less.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

I think the sidewalk is determined by the lots wealth level and you can change that in the PluginManager.

I am noticing the same thing in my cities. If anyone knows how to change the sidewalks from the standard wide walkway to the narrow sidewalk that sits away from the curb please share. This is a problem in my rural areas.

I borrowed a photo from Jeronij's Simtropia CJ to show what it is I'm looking to achieve.

And this picture on the bottom is my current situation 28.gif

Thanks in advance for the help guys. You've changed my cities for the better Jeronij. Thanks for the great CJ's!

calibanX: You need to upload your pictures onto a server on the internet. At the moment they are placed at your harddrive and it's only you that can see them.

Have a look at this Simtropolis Articles found in the Omnibus section: How to: Editing and Adding Images to your Posts .
I use ImageShack.us , ImgCity.net and PhotoBucket.com to host my pictures. All free services.

Sorry to regurgitate an old thread but it's probably better than starting a new one. Does anyone know anything more about this now than before? Is it possible to change the sidewalk texture that automatically appears next a building? I'm not talking about using different textures such as in the street side mods, what I mean is can a building be forced to generate low density or mid/high density textures in the adjacent roads. Maybe this is possible using the reader?

EDIT: Thought it was worth mentioning that changing the Wealth property only changes the colour of the sidewalk (slightly more pink for high wealth).
