Street End Barrier Remover - looking for it

Good day all!

I have been searching for the mod that modifies the end of a road (cul-de-sac). I was on SC4 Devotion and a link was provided, but unfortunately, it brings me on Stex first page. I have been scrolling down the pages, but seem to be unable to find that mod.

Is there a specific name to it? Having the exact name of the mod may help me with my search.

As always, thanks for the assistance!

:)

Culs de sac are built into the NAM.  What was it that you wanted that is different?

    Hello Noony,

I don't want the end of my road to have that barrier. I see the roads with a rounded end..that is what I would be looking for.

Here is the mod by Ripplejet I think you are looking for.

is one Cull-De-Sac mod by Battlecat, and is another by Marsh.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

It's an option in the NAM. If you already have the NAM installed, you can run the installer again and it'll overwrite your previous installation. (so you don't need to uninstall it first) So anyway, do the custom installer where you can select all the check boxes for what you want to install. It will figure out what you have installed already and will have those things already checked. I believe there's an option somewhere there to add culdesacs.

EDIT: IMO, the culdesac mod in the NAM gives you a nicer-looking cul-de-sac than the one you get by using the above mentioned mod by Battlecat. The NAM's cul-de-sac also removes the barriers at the end of the roads.

Yeah, that's the kind of cul-de-sac you get with the NAM. But that's just one of the many things that comes with this extensive mod, which could be thought of as the unofficial second expansion pack for this game because of all the new features it adds. Have fun! :D
