Changing city names?

Hi guys, newbie here, so please be gentle with me! Just got SC2013 and would love to be able to change the city names. How / where can I do that?

I tend to use lots of fancy toponyms, usually based on the general area. River? Make it Ravensford or Glenbrook, for instance. I find giving names makes a city far more unique. I do that in every single city building game I do - even space sims. Newhaven, Glendale, Hawthorne, Amesbury, Wigmore, Leadworth are some of my favourites in any given game.

Click on the city name on the menu bar.  It even prompts you to do so around 5,000 population, I think.  Annoyingly it even does this if you changed the name first thing upon founding your city.
