Hi, I just downloaded the Skimbo golf pack, and I come across a brown box on one of the lots. It seems that someone had this problem a few years ago as posted on the STEX comments, but I couldn't find any probable solutions. Can somebody check for me if I have missed something or I have got some props wrong?

The following is the dependencies list on STEX:

And the following is the dependencies for the industry pack 2:

  • BSC Essentials
  • BSC Texture Mega Packs
  • BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01.dat
  • BSC Mega Props - JES Vol01.dat
  • BSC Mega Props - JES Vol02.dat
  • BSC Mega Props - JES Vol03.dat
  • BSC_SimCityRailUtils_v2.dat

These are the dependencies I currently have which are related to this lot:

The BSC props and textures:

In playing around with this, the issue seems to be the LE Terrain Props file. Without it, I did not get any boxes, with it I did. Checking the Readme, it does require that the be installed to provide the models that the props are based upon. Installing that provided the necessary model and produced no box.

Note: If you don't want the PPond Kit installed. you can remove the LE Terrain Props file. It appears to only be needed for a very small pile of stones (or something) next to the lake on that one lot.

What does the brown box claim to be? Usually if you mouse over it, you'll get a dialog box that's says what it is. (Or am I mistaken?)

Yes normally it would, but this time it showed nothing, so I took the liberty to ask around here :) Thanks btw

I followed what you suggested, and BOOM the box is gone. I did not install ppond and am not going to at the moment, so thanks for the tip!
