Brown Boxes coming back

Hi everyone, after a while I've decided to push my modding purposes a little farther, and with a pair of nice tree mods, but I wasn't very satisfied with the results on lots, as long as I was used to have a realistic view on the green part of lots, this time it looks like this:

 

 

I definitely didn't want that, so I deleted the appropriate files and folders, only those created from the installation, nothing else... Bum! Now there are brown boxes! I know I've had a similar problem in the past, but I can't remember what to do to restore the original Maxis trees... I also have BSC Megaprops along with some other packs for dependancies. Brown boxes now are present not only on one map, but in all the region, Now I will try to start a new game in a fresh empty map, in the meanwhile, if anyone has a good idea to what those brown boxes are related to, I'm all ears!
