Ok, so I wanted to try out a tutorial I found on the forum for changing a downloaded BAT (model and lot file included) into an RCI ploppable. To do this, I am supposed to
take the model file and place this into the landmark submenu in the plugin manager for use in the LE.

I just downloaded the plugin manager from Simciy.com, but
can't install it because I don't have gmax and apparently
it is now not being offered for a free download.

So my question: is there another way of changing a growable model and lot file into and RCI ploppable without the plugin manager, is there somewhere else to get the gmax tool, or am I just screwed?

    Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. The link from turbosquid worked fine. I ran through the tutorial and have converted a couple of buildings now (after a couple of snafu's of course).
