mod doesnt work

hello, I have inserted the package as described in the data folder, but in the play these are not indicated. The play has not run and I have made it like in the instructions.

Are you SURE it's unzipped? It doesn't become a .package file the second you download it.

It is all correct on your screeny. So mods will work - read the instructions on mod page please.

 nobody can help    instructions haha. i do what they want. in the game nothing is.....

Try my mod - it changes the guides that appear ingame if you draw a street and such. If your guides change all other mods will work too

Ok, Vista. I spent the first years of my computer  life on vista. *cracks knuckles" Which mod is not working. first of all. Second of all. re-read the description of the mod. Go into sandbox mode and test what the mod is supposed to do.

hi, I have inserted sim city new-installed and before the first start mods and now one sees on the first one look, approx. 3 function.... at least this problem is apparently solved.
