Question about Cities of Tomorrow

Hey I don't know if this is the right place for this question, but in the Cities of Tomorrow Expansion pack, can you still build a "Normal" SimCity city without any futuristic buildings?

Yes.  I just got cities of tomorrow and indeed you can build a regular old city.  There are some buildings and parks which can be placed to make the buildings around it futuristic, and you can opt not to place them.  Your houses and roads will be normal.

Yes you can build without the extras and have a normal city.    Since you are new to SC2013  you should experiment without the add - ons included in cities of tomorrow.   Or go to the forums for lots of tips to build your city.    I would recommend trying in sandbox and or single player mode till you get the hang of things.

Actually, i've had SC 2013 since last August although I have been thinking about buying the expansion pack lately, that's why I posted....
