Simcity 5 moving truck glitch

So I was just starting a new city and this started to happen after about 5 minutes. This went on for about 15 minutes until they all respawned or fixed or something.

This is a known bug. I used to have this ALL the time. It annoyed the heck outta me :) what you have to do is create a new route for the trucks to take. Draw new roads that connect to the road that connects to the highway, and the trucks should stop.
