Crash when Loading Cities?

So I decided to download a new tree controller. The cascadia tree controller to be exact.I had some issues with brownboxes, so I installed and reinstalled all of the dependencies and it began to work perfectly. I downloaded Lowkee's Flora controllers whatever pack, I can't remember exactly why, and suddenly the tree controller were not working well. Instead of using all of the trees, it only put the same exact trees and a very little amount so it looked quite lame and not as beautiful as what it had before. Thinking I installed it funny, I deleted it and installed it again. Now I can't even get into my cities, Whatever city I try to access it will crash after about a minute of the loading city screen and go to desktop without saying it crashed or anything. I tried to find what the problem was but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I deleted it and Installed it again but no change. I have no idea what to do and it would be great if someone could help me, I'm currently backing up all of my plugins and stuff In case I need to reinstall, But that will take about 10 minutes for the files to finish copying and pasting.

One question to start out with.....did you play in the region before you installed the new terrain mod? Try to open a new city, or a new city in a new region, and see what happens. Or try to take out your new terrain mod and start the same cities.

 

That would give us a good idea what the cause could be.
