If you think you are, I've got a challenge for you.  I had a city with 400M, it's past year 25 now in game years.

 

So here's what I did to bring a challenge to any city saver:

*Radiation now covers %95 of the map

*There are over 700 criminals running rampant

*The city has 200K left for you to try to salvage it.

*If you need more money I can gift you 10M max.

*You will need the CoT expansion to claim it.

I have one question, is ground scrubbers unlocked in region yet?

Btw looks more like 100% of the map covered in radiation but only about 95% like you said is covered in the darkest radiation. The crime won't matter since all the buildings will eventually go abandoned anyways from the radiation and the crime will go with the buildings. The only buildings that can survive is service or specialization buildings. All RCI building will go abandoned quickly.

One solution I see is bulldozing everything and build either a trade or electronic city (or oil or coal and ore city if those resources exist in the city) to generate income until the radiation is cleaned with ground scrubbers, then start to fill in with RCI.

I'd like to see more challenges like this when offline mode comes out. Since it'll save to the computer all you need to do is upload the file to the internet then many people could download it and play the same challenge multiple times if they like.

And I just thought of a way to make it harder, say that the person who takes on the challege can't bulldoze any existing roads.
