Homeless Sims - What to do?

Hey guys,

 

What can I do to make the homeless Sims have a house to live again? How do I reduce the amount of them in the city? Now I'm having this issue, and as I put som parks around the city, they end up sleeping over there. I don't know what to do anymore. Please gimme some ideias.

Bulldoze the entire city but leave some roads to allow them to go to the freeway if they get stuck - then start over

I couldn't do it, mate, coz all my map was full. I was trying to make $$$ residential zones, btw.

I did it, Captain. I don't know if that helped, but creating more comercial zones made them get a new job and have a house again.

A zombie outbreak will clear them up quick enough but that has one or two downsides!
