Texture blocks in game

hi guys i install SC4 DLX in my pc but when i run it shown like this picture:

 

i do     steps but not fixed

 

my pc config is 4670k - GTX650 - 8G RAM

Windows 8.1

SIMCITY 1.1.640

lastest drivers installed

tnks for help!!! How can i fix this problem?

As far as I know, Windows 8.1 has driver issues, causing graphical glitches as in the picture. Try finding other threads about this problem and maybe it could answer your issue.

As for your link, it leads back to this topic, so I don't know what you're doing to fix this.

i cant find anything to solve this problem so i posted there

Make sure your external graphics controls have all 3D options set to 'application selected' or equivalent.

 

Try running with software rendering by adding -d:software to your target line.

My problem fixed when I select Windowed in SC4 launcher and start in whit same desktop Resolution and taskbar hidden

With Windows 8.1 it is not the best graphical performance to be up to date in your drivers. I rolled my back and my issues went away.
